Stubbs Named CEO at Indalex Aluminum Solutions Group

Bannockburn, IL.,Feb.20,2004 (Company Release) – Tim Stubbs has been appointed chief executive officer at Indalex Aluminum Solutions Group replacing Mark Russell who left the company to pursue other business interests.

Stubbs was chief operations officer, responsible for the company’s North American manufacturing operations and customer service well as its international supply partners. He was previously senior vice-president, sales and marketing for the company. He is a graduate of Oxford University where he earned a Masters Degree in Metallurgy.  He also has a Masters of Business Administration from the London Business School.

Prior to joining Indalex in 2000, Stubbs held a series of progressively senior positions in sales and operations for SAPA Group in Europe.

Hintz paid tribute to Russell when he said, "Mark Russell successfully led Indalex during a time of difficult market conditions. He guided the business to profitability and growth in both volume and market share. Mark’s personal commitment to workplace safety as well as ethics and integrity will be invaluable to Indalex as it continues its progress. We are grateful for his contribution," Hintz added.
