JW Aluminum Announces Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement with Oracle Flexible Packaging Inc.

Winston-Salem, N.C., July 3, 2008 – Oracle Packaging, Winston-Salem, NC and JW Aluminum Company, Mount Holly, SC announced today that the two companies have signed an agreement naming JWA as the exclusive sales agent for Oracle’s excess non-converted aluminum foil products. The five-year Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement authorizes JWA, as an independent contractor, to act as the sales arm to sell Oracle’s non-converted aluminum foil products which are not utilized for Oracle’s own captive manufacturing facilities.
