Today, the Aluminum Association congratulated four beverage companies using aluminum packaging that were recognized by BevNET.com’s “Best of 2012” product awards. Selected from a pool of nearly 300 new products, line extensions and brand updates, categories included Best Functional Product and Best Product Revamp. The BevNET panel specifically cited Hiball Energy’s decision to move from glass packaging to a “cold-activated” aluminum can as a reason for its selection.
