Katie Rosebrook joined the Aluminum Association in September 2017 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility and demonstrated expertise in shaping industry messaging across multiple platforms. In her current role as the Director of External Affairs, she leads strategic communications efforts and enhances industry advocacy initiatives.

In this role, she serves as the organization’s primary press liaison—executing media strategies, managing interactions with media and preparing senior executives for key interviews. Additionally, Katie supports the association's market committee activities, including serving as Staff Executive for the Aluminum Transportation Group (ATG), managing strategic initiatives and stakeholder relationships for the industry’s largest market segment. She is also the lead writer for the association’s award-winning newsletter, Aluminum Week.

Prior to joining the association, Katie worked with clients in the healthcare, medical technology and telecommunications industries at SIGNAL Group DC. Before SIGNAL, she worked in the communications department at Oklahoma State University.

An Oklahoma native, Katie graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in strategic communications and minor in English. She now lives in Washington, D.C., where she enjoys visiting new restaurants, staying active outdoors and cheering on her alma mater during college football season (Go Pokes!).
